Meet the Team
Erica Tober, M.A., BCBA
Erica earned degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Psychology at The College of St. Elizabeth. She received her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis through St. Cloud State University and her BCBA in May of 2013. She has 16 years’ experience working with children with autism and speech delays. She was a supervisor at the Lovaas Institute, a teacher in the preschool at Alpine Learning Group, and a social skills group facilitator and case manager at Alpine Learning Group’s outreach department. During her time at Alpine, she assisted in preliminary research on observational learning and conducted research and presented research on turn taking and pretend play. Her vision is to continue to remain a small practice to keep the quality high and to ensure the ability to personally know all the children under her care.
Rachel Marlowe, JD, BCBA
Rachel is proud to be the Associate Director of Erica Tober ABA Consulting. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College, she began her career working at Alpine Learning Group's Adult Program in 2009 and joined the Erica Tober ABA Consulting team in 2014. Because she strongly believes in legal advocacy as a complement to individualized therapy, she pursued a legal degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. She is now a licensed attorney in the state of New Jersey and practices law in addition to her employment with Erica Tober ABA Consulting. Rachel earned her BCBA certification in 2023.
Sheryl Bogardus
Sheryl is grateful to have been introduced to the field of behavior analysis in 2018. After over 15 years in corporate human resources, including time as a consultant and executive, she spent several years as a full-time mom to her 2 children. She then began pursuing an elementary school teaching certification. During the process of earning her K-6 certificate, Sheryl discovered a passion for special education and ABA. She now has several years of experience as a Pre-K and elementary school paraprofessional in ABA classrooms and over 2 years experience as a behavior therapist in home and clinic environments. Sheryl has completed the coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is currently doing fieldwork to complete the certification while also working as a RBT with Erica Tober ABA Consulting. Sheryl is very excited to be part of the ETABAC Team!
Tyson Nagy
Ty has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working in the special education field, Ty worked in television as a producer and editor for over 20 years. For the past two years he has been working with children and young adults as a teacher's aide in ABA classrooms and as a behavior technician, providing in home therapy. He draws his inspiration from watching the students he works with improve both academically and socially. Ty says patience, encouragement and a positive learning environment are fundamental to his teaching approach.
Radhika Ramaswamy, Ph.D.
Radhika Ramaswamy is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been working as an ABA therapist for the past 15 years. During this time, she has worked with young children as well as teens and young adults on the autism spectrum.
Radhika has a Ph.D. In Molecular Biology. She changed careers to focus on children with developmental delays/autism after she gained valuable insight helping her own son, who was diagnosed with autism over 20 years ago. Radhika is excited to have joined Erica’s team in early 2019.
Jennifer Smith
Jenn has been working for Erica Tober ABA Consulting since 2015. She earned degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and English Literature at The College of St. Elizabeth. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with hundreds of children as a camp counselor, after school care supervisor, and middle-grades public school teacher. Jenn truly enjoys working with Erica’s team to help each child succeed. Jennifer is a registered behavior technician.
Jewel Williams
Jewel Williams was born October 6, 1982 in Newark, New Jersey. The eldest of ten children, she graduated from Cheney University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. After graduation, Jewel went on to work as a teacher's aide doing ABA in a school for children with autism. After working in a school for four years, Jewel venture off to work in homes. She has 14 years of ABA experience, working with children between the ages of 2-21 who were diagnosed with developmental disabilities. She also has valuable insight from helping her own two little cousins who were diagnosed with autism. She looks forward to working with the families and Erica's team.
Hope Yuschak
Hope has nine years of experience working as a paraprofessional in ABA classrooms, primarily with students on the Autism spectrum. Her love of working with the ASD population prompted her to attend Ramapo College, where she earned her BA in Social Sciences. She is currently focusing on in-home ABA therapy, working on the front line to provide an incredible opportunity for growth and progress. In her spare time, Hope enjoys dancing, practicing yoga, and hiking with her husband and two teenagers. Hope is very excited to join Erica Tober ABA Consulting!
