Our team consists of skilled therapists and professionals committed to helping individuals with autism and other developmental challenges reach their full potential. Each team member brings extensive training and expertise in evidence-based practices, ensuring that you and your loved ones receive the highest quality of care tailored to your unique needs.

Erica Tober
Director, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Erica earned degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Psychology at The College of St. Elizabeth. She received her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis through St. Cloud State University and her BCBA in May of 2013. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children with autism and speech delays. She was a supervisor at the Lovaas Institute, a teacher in the preschool at Alpine Learning Group, and a social skills group facilitator and case manager at Alpine Learning Group’s outreach department. During her time at Alpine, she assisted in preliminary research on observational learning and conducted research and presented research on turn taking and pretend play. Her vision is to continue to remain a small practice to keep the quality high and to ensure the ability to personally know all the children under her care.
Sheryl Bogardus
M.S., BCBA, LBA
Sheryl is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is grateful to have been introduced to the field of behavior analysis in 2018. After over 15 years in corporate human resources, including time as a consultant and executive, Sheryl spent several years as a full-time mom to her 2 children. She then began pursuing an elementary school teaching certification. During the process of earning her K-6 certificate, Sheryl discovered a passion for special education and ABA. She has experience as a Pre-K and elementary school paraprofessional in ABA classrooms and as a behavior therapist in home and clinic environments. Sheryl is very excited to be part of the ETABAC Team!


Tyson Nagy
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Ty has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working in the special education field, Ty worked in television as a producer and editor for over 20 years. For the past three years he has been working with children and young adults as a teacher's aide in ABA classrooms and as a behavior technician, providing in home therapy. He draws his inspiration from watching the students he works with improve both academically and socially. Ty says patience, encouragement and a positive learning environment are fundamental to his teaching approach.
Radhika Ramaswamy
Ph.D., RBT
Radhika Ramaswamy is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been working as an ABA therapist for over 15 years. During this time, she has worked with young children as well as teens and young adults on the autism spectrum.
Radhika has a Ph.D. In Molecular Biology. She changed careers to focus on children with developmental delays/autism after she gained valuable insight helping her own son, who was diagnosed with autism over 20 years ago. Radhika is excited to have joined Erica’s team in early 2019.


Paola Tinillo
Registered Beahvior Technician
Hello my name is Paola Tinillo an ABA therapist. I am an enthusiastic, self- motivated, realizable, responsible and hard working professional. With a clinical psychology degree, my role involves be creative and passionate about helping kids with different capacities. I am particularly proud of the achievements of these past year as an ABA therapist. I am passionate about continuing to learn how to be a better therapist.
Hope Yuschak
Registered Behavior Technician
Hope has nine years of experience working as a paraprofessional in ABA classrooms, primarily with students on the Autism spectrum. Her love of working with the ASD population prompted her to attend Ramapo College, where she earned her BA in Social Sciences. She is currently focusing on in-home ABA therapy, working on the front line to provide an incredible opportunity for growth and progress. In her spare time, Hope enjoys dancing, practicing yoga, and hiking with her husband and two teenagers. Hope is very excited to join Erica Tober ABA Consulting!
