Founded in 2013, Erica Tober ABA Consulting is a small, dedicated agency based in Morris County, New Jersey. We specialize in early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for toddlers and preschool-aged children with autism. Our team provides services in homes, preschools, and daycares where we meet children to support their unique developmental needs.

While our agency began as a traditional small ABA provider, we’ve expanded to offer a comprehensive network of services designed to support both children and professionals. From intensive therapy for early learners to continuing education opportunities for practitioners, we’re here to help your child—and your professional career—grow and succeed.
Insurance & Payment Options
We are in-network with most major insurance providers and also welcome out-of-network and private-pay clients. In some cases, we can help families obtain a single case agreement with their out-of-network insurance company to make services more accessible.
